1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and extreme888 ("extreme888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the extreme888 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at extreme888.club (the "Platform").

By accessing the extreme888 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the extreme888 Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the extreme888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active extreme888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. extreme888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your extreme888 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your extreme888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. extreme888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify extreme888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

extreme888 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by extreme888 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

extreme888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the extreme888 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits specified in the extreme888 Payments Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. extreme888 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. extreme888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. The use of funds derived from criminal activity is strictly prohibited. extreme888 will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

extreme888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• extreme888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, arbitrage, or collusion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the extreme888 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game. General gameplay conditions include:

• All bets placed on extreme888 are final once confirmed. extreme888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, extreme888's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome.
• extreme888 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period.
• extreme888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, as a result of a software malfunction, or in circumstances where the integrity of the game has been compromised.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the extreme888 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity theft, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or system forming part of the extreme888 Platform.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.

8 Responsible Gaming

extreme888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the extreme888 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of extreme888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the extreme888 Platform without prior written consent from extreme888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, extreme888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

extreme888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your extreme888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

extreme888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Amendments to These Terms

extreme888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, extreme888 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the extreme888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
